I am Holger Weßner, a graduate engineer (FH) in Food Technology with over 20 years of experience in quality management, audits, and certifications within the food, feed, packaging industry and logistics.
For many years, I have been supporting companies in implementing and further developing their QM systems – practical, efficient, and with a clear focus on what is achievable. My goal is to make quality management not just a requirement, but a real added value.
With solid expertise in FSSC 22000, IFS, BRCGS, ISO 9001, EU Organic, GMP+ and HACCP, I help structure processes, raise employee awareness, and ensure successful audits.
I work independently, solution-oriented, and always in partnership – for long-term results that stand the test in everyday practice.
